About Shaun Wiggins

Shaun Wiggins is a strategy and engagement executive with a career spanning global enterprises, public institutions, and advisory environments. His work focuses on stakeholder engagement, communications, digital systems, and the integration of artificial intelligence to improve how organizations listen, communicate, and make decisions at scale.

Across more than two decades, Shaun has led external relations, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts in high-visibility and high-scrutiny environments. He is recognized for developing innovative, data-informed engagement strategies that align organizational objectives with the expectations of stakeholders including customers, employees, regulators, policymakers, media, and communities.

Shaun’s experience includes senior leadership roles at General Electric and Royal Dutch Shell, where he led global communications, issues and crisis management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. His work consistently emphasized clarity, coordination, and the use of analytics to guide engagement across traditional, digital, and social platforms.

He is the co-founder of Soteryx, a consultancy established to help organizations operate effectively across real-world and digital environments. Through Soteryx, Shaun advises clients on strategy, engagement, reputation management, and the practical integration of AI-enabled tools that enhance insight, coordination, and stakeholder relationships.

Rather than treating artificial intelligence as a standalone trend, Shaun views it as a natural extension of modern engagement—supporting better understanding, consistency, and responsiveness within complex organizational systems.
